Production Time

Every wall art is made to order — we don't hold stock, because it is totally personalized. Production begins only after your order is confirmed, and typically takes 1–4 business days before your package is dispatched. During peak periods (major tournaments, promotional campaigns) this may vary slightly.

Important

All delivery estimates shown on this page already include production time — they reflect the total time from placing your order to delivery at your door, not just transit time after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and displayed at checkout before payment. All shipments are tracked.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Factors outside our control — weather delays, customs processing, or carrier issues — may occasionally affect delivery times.

Customs & Import Duties

Depending on your country and order value, local customs authorities may levy import duties, VAT, or handling fees on packages arriving from abroad. Where applicable, these charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and MatchdayBook does not cover or reimburse them.

Please note

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we are unable to issue a refund. Customs thresholds vary by country and are subject to change. If you are unsure whether your order will attract import duties, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Address Changes

Production starts quickly after your order is confirmed — sometimes within a few hours. We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed once an order is placed. If you need to update your address, please contact us at info@matchdaybook.com as soon as possible and we will do our best if production has not yet begun.

Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, and Andorra are geographically close to the EU but are not part of the EU customs union, so they fall under our Rest of World shipping category. Actual delivery may be faster — treat these as a conservative upper estimate.
