Production Time

Every MatchdayBook is uniquely created from your own photos and configuration — it is not a stock item, so production starts only after your order is confirmed. Production typically takes 1–4 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons (e.g. major tournaments) or promotional periods, this may vary slightly.

The estimated delivery times below already include this production time — they show the realistic total time from placing your order to it arriving at your door, not just the transit time after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to the destinations listed below. Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Import Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country and the value of your order, local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, and/or clearance fees on orders shipped from outside your country. Where applicable, these charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in the price you pay us, and MatchdayBook does not cover or reimburse any such charges. Refusing to pay these charges may result in your order being returned or disposed of, without a refund.

Exact duty-free thresholds vary by country and can change. If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to import charges, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances — such as weather delays, customs clearance processes, or carrier issues — may impact delivery times beyond our control. "Business days" exclude weekends and public holidays.

Change of Address

After your order is placed, production begins quickly — sometimes within a few hours — to get your book to you as fast as possible. Because of this, we can't always guarantee that a shipping address can still be changed. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help if your order hasn't yet entered production.

Estimated Delivery Times by Destination

All figures below already include production time (1–4 business days) plus transit, based on our fulfilment network's published shipping estimates. Figures are estimates, not guarantees.

Why some non-EU European countries (Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Andorra) show longer estimates: these countries are outside the EU customs union, so we've applied our fulfilment network's "Rest of World" shipping category rather than the faster EU figure — even though some of these destinations are geographically close to our EU facility. Actual delivery may be faster in practice; we recommend treating these as a cautious upper estimate until confirmed with exact carrier data.
