This policy applies solely to the websites operated by MatchdayBook and interactions through those sites. We are an online-only business with no physical retail location.

Visitor data (no account required)

Order & personalisation data

When placing an order or personalising your product, we collect:

• Personalisation data: uploaded photos, player name, squad number, club, and season

Contact data

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message, used solely to respond to your enquiry.

We operate an opt-in model for marketing. We will only send you newsletters or promotional emails if you have given us your explicit, prior consent. Consent is never pre-ticked or assumed.
