The Service Provider operates as a sole trader (private entrepreneur) in accordance with Act CXV of 2009 on Private Entrepreneurs and Sole Proprietorships.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to purchases made through the MatchdayBook online store. The Terms cover every commercial transaction concluded through the Webshop between the Service Provider and the Customer.

MatchdayBook sells personalized, one-of-a-kind, print-on-demand products (manufactured on demand). Every book is produced based on the data provided by the customer, the uploaded images, and a unique cover generated by artificial intelligence, exclusively for the customer.

By placing an order in the Webshop, the Customer accepts the provisions of these Terms.

MatchdayBook is a personalized, premium-quality, hardcover football memory book, produced exclusively based on the data and images provided by the customer. The available editions are:

• 2025/26 Season MatchdayBook – A4 size, 24/32/40 pages
• Club Transfer MatchdayBook – A4 size, 24/32/40 pages
• The Legend / Career MatchdayBook – A4 size, 24/32/40 pages
• Pre-MatchdayBook – A5 size, motivational book

The unique AI-generated cover is created by artificial intelligence based on the image uploaded by the Customer. No two MatchdayBooks are alike. The Customer may request a regeneration up to 3 times if not satisfied with the result.

Production and delivery of the books takes 5–10 business days.

The contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order by e-mail.

The prices displayed in the Webshop are stated in the currency of the relevant market (HUF / EUR). The Service Provider has opted for personal tax exemption ("alanyi adómentesség"), and therefore the product prices do not include VAT.

MatchdayBook can be ordered by advance payment only. The order is processed and put into production only after the full payment amount has been received.

MatchdayBook is available with home delivery only; personal pickup is not possible. The Service Provider ships throughout Europe.

Expected delivery time: 5–10 business days from the confirmation of the order. The delivery time includes the production time, as every book is made individually.

The Customer is obliged to check the integrity of the package upon receipt. In the event of damaged packaging, the Customer is entitled to refuse acceptance and have it recorded in a report by the courier.

This means that, once the order has been finalized and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified, unless the issue results from the Service Provider's own fault.

If the book arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or does not meet the expected premium quality, the Service Provider provides one of the following remedies:

• Free reprint and reshipping
• Full or partial refund

Complaints must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to info@matchdaybook.com, accompanied by photographic documentation.

The book never needs to be returned. The complaint will be assessed within 3 business days of being reported.

The design elements, logos, and graphic appearance of MatchdayBook are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Their use, copying, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

With regard to the images and texts uploaded by the Customer, the Customer represents and warrants that:

• the Customer holds the right of disposal over the uploaded images and content
• the uploaded content does not infringe the copyright or personality rights of any third party
• the uploaded content does not contain any unlawful or otherwise illegal material

The Service Provider uses the uploaded images solely to create the book and does not transfer them to any third party, except to the extent necessary for production.

• Name, address, e-mail, phone number – order fulfilment, shipping, invoicing
• Uploaded images, shirt number, nickname, team name – creating the custom product
• Order data – performance of contractual obligations
• IP address, browsing data – operation and security of the Webshop

Invoicing data is retained for 8 years pursuant to the Accounting Act. Other data is processed for 5 years from the termination of the contractual relationship.

The Customer is entitled to access, rectify, or request the erasure of their data. Requests may be sent to info@matchdaybook.com.

The Customer may submit a complaint to info@matchdaybook.com. The Service Provider responds to complaints in writing within 30 days.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the Service Provider's complaint handling, the Customer may turn to the Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület) competent for their place of residence.

The Service Provider accepts no liability for the temporary unavailability of the Webshop, for defective products resulting from incorrect data provided by the Customer, or for delays resulting from force majeure events.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Any amendment takes effect upon publication in the Webshop. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. In the event of a legal dispute, the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts applies.

These Terms enter into force on 1 May 2026 and remain valid until revoked.
